Laptop Collect, Diagnose, Advise and Return Service £39.95
The "Y@S@I LRS" number you are given must be affixed or written clearly on the outside packaging.
The inital cost of the service covers the cost of Collection, Return and the initial FREE Diagnostic Fault-Finding..even if you are sure whats wrong with the laptop, we still run the diagnostics..just to be on the safe side and to make sure everything else is running well. The price for this service is only £39.95. That includes ALL the shipping costs.

 Virus Scan
If a virus infects your laptop it can cause multiple problems. Not only will it dramatically affect the behaviour of your PC, it can also spread to other PCs on your network and if ignored, can result in massive data loss. At any one time, your PC could be harbouring multiple viruses, each lying dormant for years, only to become apparent once triggered. One of the first actions our Laptop Technicians will undertake, will be to remove all detected viruses.

Although, not as damaging to your laptop as a virus, Spyware and Adware can make a huge difference in the speed of your internet connections.  Data RecoveryThe unimaginable has happened..Important Files, Pictures, Music, Accounts, Course Work. Don't Panic..We can normally restore or recover a large percentage of the data in 95% of the cases we come across. It's very important to get the laptop to us as soon as possible so we can start the recovery process. Unfortunately we can never guarantee recovery..but the less the laptop is used and worked on after the crash the higher our success rate
